Kia ora, I'm Krystal, the founder of Kross Laser, based in beautiful Raumati Beach on the Kāpiti Coast.

I believe choosing a skin or laser treatment should feel exciting, not overwhelming. You deserve to feel confident in the person treating your skin, understand exactly what to expect, and know that your concerns are being taken seriously.

That's why I founded Kross Laser: to bring together advanced laser technology, specialist knowledge and the kind of personalised care where you feel genuinely valued, never just another appointment.

Qualified expertise you can feel confident in

With over four years of experience in the skin, laser and aesthetics industry, including working as a clinic owner and treatment advisor for one of New Zealand's largest skin and appearance medicine franchises, I understand the importance of combining professional knowledge with a considered, client-first approach.

I've completed specialist training through the NZ Laser Training Institute,
gaining an NZQA Level 6 Credential in Cosmetic Lasers and Intense Light Source Therapies.

My specialist training and experience span laser tattoo removal, laser hair removal and laser skin rejuvenation, alongside advanced skin treatments as a certified Dermapen Expert.

I also have training in microneedling and exosome therapy treatments, including EXO-SKIN for skin concerns and EXO-GROW for hair restoration.

For me, professional expertise means more than knowing how to operate a device. It means understanding the technology, assessing each client's individual needs, recognising when a treatment is appropriate and making informed decisions about the best approach for their skin.

At Kross Laser, I use professional medical-grade Diode and Q-switched laser technology to treat concerns including unwanted hair, unwanted tattoo ink and multiple skin concerns.

Different concerns require different approaches. That's why I take the time to understand what you'd like to achieve, assess your skin and treatment area, and discuss the most appropriate options for you.

No two clients are exactly alike, and your treatment shouldn't be either.

Your skin type, individual concerns, treatment history and personal goals all matter. I'll explain how your treatment works, what results may be realistic, how many sessions you may need and what aftercare is involved.

I'll also be honest with you about what's achievable. While results vary from person to person, my priority is always to recommend an appropriate treatment plan based on your individual needs, rather than promise results I can't guarantee.
