Our Services
From removing ink to renewing skin - expert laser care starts here.
-
Treatments start at $80 per session. We offer free consultations where we consider factors like the age, colour, quality and placement of your tattoo to give you an honest assessment of what can be achieved.
We can treat all ink colours using our medical grade laser — the Zenith Excelsior Q-switched Laser 1064nm/532nm and specialist dye handpieces 585nm and 650nm.
Our cryo-chiller and gel cooling pads help to ensure each treatment is as comfortable as possible.
We use the Kirby-Desai Scale to provide an estimate of how many treatments may be required to achieve your desired result e.g., lightening for a cover up or full removal.
Treatments can be performed every 6-8 weeks.

Laser tattoo removal works by breaking down the tattoo ink into smaller pieces under your skin so that your body can naturally clear it away over time through your body’s lymphatic system.
1. The laser targets the ink
The laser sends quick pulses of light energy into the skin. This light is designed to specifically target the colour of the tattoo ink without harming much of the surrounding skin.
2. Ink particles are shattered
The light energy heats up and breaks the large ink particles into much smaller fragments—kind of like smashing a rock into tiny pebbles.
3. Your body does the cleanup
Once the ink particles are broken down, your body’s natural immune system gradually carries them away. This is why the tattoo fades a little more after each session.
4. Multiple treatments are needed
Tattoos usually need several sessions because the ink sits in different layers of the skin and in varying amounts. Each session breaks down more ink until it fades significantly or disappears.
5. The tattoo fades safely over time
The fading process happens slowly between sessions, giving your skin time to heal while your body clears out the shattered ink.

Pre Treatment:
Avoid Sun Exposure: It is important to keep the tattoo out of direct sun exposure, avoid sun tanning, spray tans and self-tanner at least 2 weeks prior to treatment
Shave the Area: If body hair is covering the tattoo, shave the area 24-48 hours before treatment so the laser targets the ink, not the hair.
Wear loose clothing: To avoid any rubbing or irritation after treatment, we recommend you wear loose fitting clothing.
Numbing creams can be used prior to treatment, it is important to apply to the area a minimum of 1 hour beforehand to be fully effective.
Post Treatment:
Avoid Sun Exposure during the entire healing process, apply SPF 50+ and/or ensure clothing is covering the area
Avoid Heat: Skip hot showers, saunas, swimming pools and strenuous exercise for 48 hours.
Don’t Pick or Scratch: Apply Vitamin E, Aloe Vera or Bepanthen to ease any itching.

Microneedling is one of the most effective treatments for improving skin texture, stimulating collagen production, and rejuvenating the skin naturally. Using advanced Dermapen technology, thousands of controlled micro-channels are created in the skin, triggering your body's natural wound-healing response.
As your skin repairs itself, it produces fresh collagen and elastin, the essential building blocks responsible for firm, smooth, youthful-looking skin.
Microneedling can help improve:
Fine lines and wrinkles
Acne scarring
Surgical scars
Enlarged pores
Uneven skin tone and pigmentation
Sun damage
Stretch marks
Dull, tired-looking skin
Skin texture and firmness
Why We Use Meso-Glides
Meso-Glides are specially formulated treatment serums designed to be infused into the skin during microneedling. They contain active ingredients selected to hydrate, brighten, calm inflammation, and nourish the skin while supporting optimal healing and enhancing your treatment results.
The Power of Exosomes
For clients wanting to take their results to the next level, exosomes can be added to your microneedling treatment.
Exosomes are tiny extracellular vesicles that act as biological messengers between cells. They contain growth factors, peptides, lipids, and signaling molecules that support the skin's natural repair processes and help optimize tissue regeneration.
Research suggests exosomes may help:
Reduce redness and downtime after treatment
Support faster skin recovery
Enhance collagen and elastin production
Improve skin texture and firmness
Improve hydration and overall skin quality
Enhance the appearance of acne scars and ageing skin
While many patients notice improvements sooner when exosomes are included, results vary between individuals, and ongoing treatments are usually recommended for the best outcomes.
Exosomes for Hair Restoration
Exosomes are also becoming an exciting option for supporting hair restoration.
When combined with microneedling on the scalp, exosomes may help create a healthier environment for hair follicles by supporting cellular repair and signaling processes involved in hair growth.
Potential benefits include:
Thicker, fuller-looking hair
Reduced hair shedding
Improved scalp health
Support for dormant hair follicles
Increased hair density over time
Hair restoration typically requires a series of treatments, with results developing gradually over several months. Individual outcomes vary depending on the underlying cause of hair loss and other personal factors.
Ideal for
Hair Thinning and Balding
Scalp Health Issues
Hormonal Hair Loss
Genetic Hair Loss (like Alopecia)
Damaged Hair
Anyone wanting fuller, thicker hair
